„Schwanensee”
with two Dancers and one Guitarist
Verena Piwonka is working as a freelance dancer, choreographer and dance teacher of various dancing styles like contemporary and modern dance, jazz dance, classical ballet as well as dance improvisation. She received her dance and movement training at “SOZO Visions in motion” in Kassel and at “Weissmann Teacher Training” in Berlin. Furthermore she is trained as yoga teacher. Since 2021 she has been part of the “tanz*werk Kassel e.V.”, a network of contemporary dancers.
In her first life Sabine Soyk studied sociology and collected stories in the night train. In 2009 she discovered the art of pantomime, which contains so much magic of the invisible. This she learned at J. Brennecke’s training centre for mime and pantomime in Berlin. She lives and works in Dresden, always searching for cross-connections and tracks, for example in clowning and butoh.
Roger Tristao Adao studied the classical guitar in Berlin and Düsseldorf and has been working as a freelance guitarist since graduation. He runs a recording studio, has released 14 CDs of his own so far, but he also has produced many CDs by other guitarists. Since 1999 he has been organizing a guitar festival in his place of residence, the artists’ village of Friedrichsrode. In recent years he has also written various dance theater pieces.
